Another Great Day At Hillheads.....

Yesterday saw the third annual Hillheads Dog Training Club Show in aid of SHAK, and by all reports it sounds as if this was the best yet! You'll see more from the day in later posts, but I just wanted to thank everyone who made this day such a success for us. That's Brian and all the team down at Hillheads for once again thinking of us when it came to planning their day, to Joan and Sheila and the rest of the fundraising team who raised another fantastic amount, to all the SHAK dogs and handlers/owners who popped in for a visit, and of course to everyone who turned out despite the iffy weather forecast to support the event! Four figures were once again achieved which is truly amazing, so thank you all so much.

Speaking of SHAK dogs making an appearance, we managed to do well in some of the shows too. I'm sure there was no bias from the judges, because the fact that these dogs are even enjoying a day out like this makes them all winners in my eyes.

But the rosettes were awarded as follows, and I know there was some really proud Mums and Dads.

Blue 1st in Dog most like owner (John)

Hope 1st in Best Rescue & Best Veteran

Honey 2nd Rescue  & 4th in Appealing eyes

Cole 4th Best Rescue

But no one is prouder of that bunch than me.
